Dave Callery

Dave was born in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Florida in 1990. He has worked in construction all his life and with RFG for over 16 years. Dave is one of our service department managers.

Skip Gladwin

Skip has been a resident of Jupiter, Florida since 1947 and is the founder and president of RFG. He has a BS and a MBA from the University of Florida, and he is a licensed general contractor. He has worked in the construction industry all of his life.

Lori Johns

Lori was born in Ferrysburg, Michigan and moved to Hobe Sound, Florida in 1968. She has been working in household management with the Jupiter Island community for over 20 year and has recently become part of our office staff.

Calvin Rogers

Calvin was born in St. Kitts and has lived in Antigua and the US Virgin Islands. He moved to Florida in 1993 and has been working with RFG for almost ten years. Calvin is part of our service department.

Jimmy Sawyer

Jimmy was born in Bangor, Maine and moved to Florida in 1968. He has worked with Skip, first with Gladwin-Bassett and then with RFG, for over 30 years. Jimmy works in the construction and service departments at RFG.

Steve Sawyer

Steve is from Bangor, Maine and moved to Florida in 1977. He has worked in construction and with Skip, first with Gladwin-Bassett and then with RFG, for almost 30 years. Steve is one of our service department managers.

Teresa Siegwald

Teresa was born in Lima, Peru and moved to Florida when she was 15 years old. She has a B.A. degree from the University of Miami and works as our office manager at RFG. Teresa has been with RFG for over seven years.

Robert Shepherd

Robert is from Homestead, Florida, but has lived in Martin County for over twenty years. He has worked in construction for almost thirty years and is a licensed general contractor. Robert is a construction supervisor at RFG.
